InsaLevs II is a collective Keen 2 level competition that is put together by Levellass. It contains 12 levels. The point of it was to create a level that has nothing but Keen himself, red blocks, a black background, hazard square, Scrub sprites, and a teleporter (which is patched to exit the level), with no other creatures and point items.

Commander Spleen won the competition.
