A Squasher in Keen Dreams
A Squasher[1] spends most of its time looking for prey to jump on and...squash. They will ignore Keen as their eyesight is poor, until he is less than five tiles away, then they will jump at him. They can be killed permanently if made to jump off the bottom of the level (especially in Squash Swamp, see Keen Dreams Bugs.)
They are described in the in-game help as follows:
