The Bloogstar Rocket Passcard is a card required to enter and travel by using the Bloogstar Rocket. The card can be found in Bloogton Tower, and collecting it finishes the level. If you try to access the Bloogstar Rocket without the card, the following message appears:

The door makes a loud blooping noise. It says, "Passcard required for entry."
