While the Neural Stunner cannot do anything against Shikadi Mine, by detonation it gets destroyed and that's how the level Regulation Control Center, as well as (only in Hard Game) preceding level Defense Tunnel Burrh is solved - Keen comes close enough to Shikadi Mine to trigger the Shikadi Mine and avoids explosion and shrapnel
