Melon Lips in Keen Dreams

Melon Lips inhabit caves and dark places in Tuberia; they cannot see or move and propagate by spitting deadly seeds along the ground. They spit once every five seconds and cannot be killed.

The in-game help says about them:

They spit watermelon seeds at you.
