Actual release date

Does anyone have any idea when this episode was actually released? The 3D Realms history page mentions December 15, 1991 but I think that's the date when Keen 5 was released. I found this trainer kind of tool for the game that was released on November 27, 1991 and I think it was designed for version 1.0, despite also working with the demo version, judging by the contents in the readme. --Litude 11:38, 29 May 2010 (GMT)
