Talkeen, also known as Commander Keen Goes AI, is a fangame (albeit it's less of a game or more like an AI chat program) created by CrazyKeen. It's a simple program where the user chats with Commander Keen. The AI is extremely primitive and very limited in responses and vocabulary, making Keen look far dumber than even the average person. For someone who proclaims his IQ to be 314, he'll often refuse to answer questions and ask you to speak in English, even if you already are. If you type Mortimer McMire he'll just tell you the time (by just typing McMire, though, that will get Keen to talk about Mortimer McMire). It's possible for Keen to slip up and admit that he's only a computer, although he'll brush it off if you point that out.
