Loquaxes are a race of tall, humanoid creatures that inhabit Calidune. They walk slowly compared to the rest of the non-lethal creatures on Calidune.
From the Official Help File: These pesterous creatures seem to have some sort of civilization on Calidune, fostering among them an Imposter Commander Keen.
