i do not fully believe that the spirogrips are a genetically engineered species, as we never see their palm-analogues. This means that there's a very real possibility that their mouths are located inside their hand, thus eliminating the lack-of-a-mouth, and possibly why they can kill when they fly at people; poison spitting hands!--Eros 22:54, 5 October 2010 (GMT)
