A Travelator is a gameplay design in Atroxian Realm, a Keen 4 mod by Gridlock.
Travelators are high-speed horizontal conveyors used by the Atroxians to transport cargo. If Commander Keen steps or jumps into a travellator, he will be sent careening at high speed along the conveyor. Sometimes a travelator's direction (left or right) will be changeable by using a switch, but in all cases the machine's direction can be identified via the red LED arrows displayed on it's side.
Travelators can be found in Cargo Transit A and Cargo Transit B. It is important to note that Keen's enemies can use them too, watch out for the flying Atroxites!
