Lower Vortiville is the second level (in the official numbering) in Keen 3. It is an optional level, located in the Vortiville Island, in the Lower Vortiville area. This level is protecting a teleporter that goes to the Main area of the New Vorticon Island, where New Vorticon is located.
Lower Vortiville is part of one of the two optional paths to finish the game: the player can complete either this level and New Vorticon in one path; or only one level in another path, Valden Park. After that, the only remaining required levels are those in the Island of the Grand Intellect.
This level, which probably is only part of the whole Vortiville which is spread through the island, consists of 5 several-storied buildings, filled with Vorticon Grunts. They appear to be office buildings, as several desks and elevators can be seen inside the buildings.
