Engine Room B is the second level in Keen 2. The level is marked as "EB" in SGA on the Vorticon Mothership blueprints.
The only two enemies in this level are a Guard Robot and a Vorticon Grunt, who is protecting the yellow keycard. That key is needed to open the door protecting the exit.
This is the first level in the Keen games to feature a moving platform. It moves back and forth above the flaming torches under the exit. As every platform in Keen 2, it is blue and big, and has the word "HI" written in SGA on its side.
It is also the first level to feature a grey canister that can be stepped on, that can be found in several places in the Vorticon Mothership. It has the letters "VC" written in SGA on its side, maybe standing for "Vorticon Canister".
The sign on the level entrance may be identified as part of a piston engine. The inside of the level contains enough power-related stuff to support the idea that it is an engine. Besides, along with Engine Room A, it is located in the lower feet of the Vorticon Mothership, where the main thrusters are located.
