London Tantalus Center is the first level in Keen 2 with a Tantalus Ray Control Room inside. As the name implies, it is aimed at the city of London, the capital of the United Kingdom. The image on the screen is of the Big Ben, which is probably the exact point of impact.
This is the easiest Ray to destroy, as it is only protected by a Guard Robot and a Vorticon Elite. Keen has to move around some Vorta-Cola cans on the lower part of the level, so he can get a ride on a Scrub to the upper part (there is a sign in SGA next to the ascending tunnel saying "GO UP"). Once there, Keen can play with a lone Youth jumping around, and later easily avoid the Guard Robot. Once he gets to the Control Room, he has to get past the Vorticon Elite to destroy the Tantalus Ray. From there, the exit is just a short walk away.
This is also the first level to feature a light switch, which is a big red button with the word "ON" written above it in Standard Galactic Alphabet. Keen can push this button with the same key used to activate the pogo stick, and it will make it a lot easier to avoid the Vorticon Elite protecting the Tantalus Ray, who will go down the stairs and remain there.
